Our Whatnot history includes more than 33,000 marketplace sales and more than 2,400 buyer reviews. Because those reviews were earned on Whatnot, we keep the source clear rather than presenting marketplace feedback as website-purchase reviews.

What we want website buyers to know
- Real inventory and clear listings. Product pages identify the exact item, language, set, condition, or sealed-product format being offered.
- Collector-focused packing. Orders are packed with the product type and collector condition in mind.
- Clear order protection. Trading-card sales are final, but customers are protected when an order arrives materially damaged, missing, incorrect, or materially different from the listing.
- Transparent policies. Shipping, returns, privacy, and contact information are available directly on our website before checkout.
Building first-party website reviews
