Where we ship

Undead Pulls TCG currently ships to addresses in the United States. Available services and the exact charge for your address are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Most stocked orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is $8, or free on eligible orders of $70 or more, and is estimated to arrive 3–5 business days after the carrier accepts the package. Express shipping is $15 and is estimated to arrive 1–2 business days after carrier acceptance. Weekends, holidays, high-volume releases, weather, and carrier disruptions can add time.

Preorders, backorders, special-order items, and supplier-fulfilled products may have a different processing or delivery estimate stated on the product page. That product-specific estimate controls.

Tracking and addresses

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number entered at checkout. Please check your shipping address before placing the order and contact us immediately through our contact form if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If we learn that we cannot ship within the time promised for your order, we will contact you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

Contact us promptly through the contact form with your order number if tracking shows a delivery problem or an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect. Keep the item and all packaging and include clear photos when applicable. We will review the issue and work with the carrier or provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
