Refund policy

All sales are final.

Undead Pulls TCG does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, market-price changes, duplicate purchases, condition preferences already disclosed in the listing, or opened or unopened trading card products. Orders are considered final once submitted, and customer-requested cancellations are not accepted.

Order problems

The all-sales-final rule does not apply when we sent the wrong item, an item arrived materially damaged, an item is missing, or the item materially differs from its listing. Contact us through our contact form as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and all packaging. Keep the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate to the problem and as required by applicable law. Do not send anything back unless we provide return instructions.

Store-initiated cancellations and shipping delays

If we cancel an order because an item is unavailable, a listing or pricing error occurred, or we cannot fulfill the order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method. If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
