This website is operated by Undead Pulls TCG. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Undead Pulls TCG. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

STORE AND ACCOUNT USE

You must use the store only for lawful purposes and provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login information secure. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, resale activity, pricing errors, or violations of these terms.

PRODUCTS, CONDITION, AND AVAILABILITY

Product photos, descriptions, condition notes, language, set, printing, and grading details form part of the listing. Colors and appearance can vary by display. For trading card singles, centering and minor print characteristics may vary when catalog imagery is used, as stated in the listing. Inventory is subject to availability, and placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until payment and inventory are confirmed.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and payment options are calculated at checkout. We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or listing errors and may cancel and refund an affected order. Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Shipping estimates, rates, delivery limitations, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The store design, original text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Undead Pulls TCG and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or exploited without permission. Product names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Undead Pulls TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or The Pokémon Company.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Links and integrations may lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services beyond obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller.
