Order needs attention?

If you notice a problem before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, username, and the exact correction needed.

Before fulfillment

Requests involving item count, shipment details, cancellations, or other changes may require the order to be reviewed before fulfillment. Please do not send multiple conflicting requests for the same order.

Whatnot orders

For a purchase completed on Whatnot, use Whatnot's order and support tools whenever possible. This keeps the request connected to the correct transaction and gives both sides the proper order history.

Website orders

For an order placed directly on this website, use our Contact page and include the Shopify order number.

After shipment

Once a package has entered the carrier network, available changes may be limited. Follow the tracking attached to your order and contact the platform where the purchase was completed if a shipment needs additional support.
